In line with international best practice, applicants must have a full and unbroken criminal-record history and therefore, must provide police checks for every country in which the applicant has lived for the last five years. Applicants must also be willing to undergo a screening process of the educational qualifications, passport and at least two satisfactory references (including current/most recent employer). JESS may undertake social media checks as part of our safer recruitment strategy. Any gaps in the application form will be addressed during an interview and may be explored further.
